When you place an order, we will collect your name, email address and address.
Why do we need this information?
Clarity loves to provide you with beautiful products and content, as quickly as possible. We collect this information in order to fulfill your orders, to improve our service, or to contact you if there is a problem with your order. We may also use your email address to update you on Clarity news and products if you have given consent for us to do so.
Is your information secure?
In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
What about payment details?
Clarity uses Stripe to process any payments, and we are unable to see your card details. We are only able to see and store your name, address and email address.
What can you do?
You have the right to ask us to provide you with your information that we have stored. You can also ask us to delete any of your information for which you later withdraw your consent to processing, or when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was originally collected. You also have the right to object to receiving direct marketing from us even if we believe that we have a legitimate interest to communicate with you in this way. We currently do not use browser cookies to identify a website user or handle any user interaction or information. Any cookies used currently on our website are served by either Google (for auditing) or Stripe (for payments).
