Millie's easy granola recipe

Ingredients:
190g rolled oats
5tbsp runny honey
4tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/2tsp vanilla or cinnamon


Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 140 degrees celsius.

2. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix thoroughly.

3. Scatter on to a lined baking tray.

4. Bake for 40 minutes, removing the tray and turning the granola every 15 minutes.

5. Leave to cool and set completely before storing in an airtight container or jar.

6. Can be used in our Berry Yoghurt recipe, on top of cereal or porridge, or just on its own as a snack!
